All markets are NOT created equal!

In order to move with the market appreciation, you need to know that market! In order to avoid market depreciation you need to know that market!  If they did not have the correct information to make that move, then they will rely only on the forced appreciation (work) and the cash flow (more work) to get paid.  While that might not be too bad in volume, (for a while) I would hate to think of not getting any appreciation on that big of a deal, and believe me when I tell you some markets will be flat as a pancake for a long, long, long time to come!  Some will continue to purchase blindly in these markets and that is OK if you, or your family members plan on LIVING there.  However as an investment, I would put a microscope on that market or the market might hold you there for a very long time, or worse, it might eat your lunch, again!   The news was full of stories like this from 2006 and is still continuing.  However there is little doubt that most everyone is seeing the opportunity, and most people want in … but where to begin.  Well a picture is emerging.

I would get in big trouble if I used this system to make public predictions based on proprietry technology and information.  So you would have to be my private client or have the tool for yourself and preferably both, because we are just not into arm twisting!
